Tursoy Transport Tourism Agency has adopted a transparent service approach based on customer satisfaction:

  1. Service Delivery

After the reservation confirmation and payment are completed, the transfer details are sent by e-mail/SMS.

Our vehicles pick up the customer from their exact address at the specified time or meet them at the airport.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: Payment can be made via credit card in one payment or bank transfer through our website (ankaraairporttransfer.net).

Invoices will be sent via e-mail after the service is completed.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Cancellation Up to 24 Hours Before: For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer, the entire paid fee will be refunded.

Cancellations Under 24 Hours: No refund will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours before the transfer time.

Date Change: You can postpone your reservation to a later date free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer.

  1. Refund Process

Refunds are completed within 5-7 business days depending on your payment method.

There is no refund opportunity for city tour services after the tour has started.

  1. Responsibility and Exceptions

The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic or force majeure. However, alternative solutions will be offered.

In case of damage or loss in the vehicle, the necessary procedures are applied upon notification by the customer.
